Do you remenber what Hall Zuse looked like from the inside during #37c3 ? Blue felt on elegantly curved walls? Well, this is on the other side of the felt. Thin drywall, crooked sheetmetal studs, scaffolding barriers left over from the construction time, cut up where they couldn't remove it after stuff was built around them.

@sophie Reminds me of a room we have at work, where they built some walls to make a nice little room, except they boxed in a tall ladder with no space to turn it to make it removable, so now there is permanently a ladder embedded in one of the service voids

@0x47df @sophie Reminds me of stories of underground constructions (e.g. adding large underground spaces below buildings in London, with no real space around it) where at the bottom they cemented in the digger used to excavate, because that was cheaper than hoisting it out again...
